I grew up with this park and today it's still beautiful. It has a trail where you can bike or walk through the woods and enjoy nature. A hill that overlooks a pond. There's a few areas where you can have events for small parties, a tennis court and playgrounds. The jazz festival and other big events happen here. Unfortunately there have been people who have been doing drugs in the park from what I hear, the last event I attended was great but there was an altercation after I left. Nevertheless it luckily has not taken away the beauty of this park. Unfortunately bad things do happen every where so don't let it steer you away it's a beautiful park.
It's nice, sometimes crowded though... Takes away of the nature scene sometimes but great during non busy hrs

Great place to relax, take walks or just take the kids out to run around. Plenty of parking. Playgrounds, picnic tables, bathrooms, tennis courts, jogging or bike path and plenty of open space for sports.
