I have been going to this practice for 4 plus years and ppl are always pleasant and courteous. I'd highly recommend Cooper physicians.
I went in for a sequential screening appointment for my pregnancy. I was already in Cooper's system under my maiden name so I told the receptionist my information had changed and updated everything with her...or so I thought. I get called back to see the doc and they use my maiden name and I say "I have a different last name now, can you please change it in the system because when you submit this claim, insurance will deny it if you use my maiden name". Long story short, multiples calls to Cooper to update my name and it was not done and now I'm in collections. Cooper and their billing department are completely incompetent. Everyone there says they've fixed the issue only for me to get another bill for the same problem.
Cathy the receptionist is very nasty and condescending. Cut me off when I was trying to nicely explain our situation and why my doc referred us there. Really a bad look for Cooper and what they stand for.
